• Please Be Sure To Read All Amenities Each room is very different to the next and some do not come with certain amenities. For example, if baths or showers are important to you, check which room comes with which please. The Studio is the only room with no wifi.

 

• No Children or Pets Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any babies, children or pets under any circumstances due to safety issues. Children seen at the manor will be private guests of the Pulford family but we do have two dogs to entertain you.

• All Rooms are strictly non-smoking  This is a non-smoking property but we have designated smoking areas in the garden. The Nook and The Studio have their own private smoking areas on their terraces.

 

• Cancellation Policy  Full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refunds for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. No refunds for cancellations for bookings made for the dates of Isle of Wight Festival, within 4 months of the festival's date. All refunds will exclude booking and administration fees of £30.
